LTA+ for SuSE Linux
Situation
Attempting to re-install LTA+ for SuSE Linux by issuing the command “rpm –ivh LTAuditor+9-9.0.366.0-0.x86_64.rpm” returns an error indicating that LTA+ for SuSE is already installed.
Resolution
Verify that the /var/run/ ltaudit.pid file was removed by the previous uninstall by issuing the command “ rm /var/run/ltaudit.pid”, then start the installation again.
