Situation
How long is the data retained in the production and archive databases for?
Resolution
By default, the LTAArchiveDB_Job retains the data for an overall period of 60 days. The production database holds 0 – 30 days’ worth of data, while the archive database holds days 31 thru’ 60. This is configurable by editing STEP 2 of the Job Properties as below: –

Data will now be retained between the production and archive databases for a period of 365 days.
